TERMS AND CONDITIONS
About your Booking

Embarkation is at 17:30 and on the last morning disembarkation is by 9 a.m. The boat has to return at the base from the previous evening. Embarkation time can change after communication with skipper.
The deposit is 40% of the total cost and has to be paid at the time of booking.
You must pay the remaining amount at least 6 weeks before your starting date. Failing to do that will result in your booking getting canceled and your deposit being lost. -
If you book your holiday in less than 6 weeks from the starting date of your cruise, you must pay the full amount.
Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 16 weeks before the departure date, the full amount will be refunded to you minus an administration fee of 300 Euro.

If you cancel between 6 and 16 weeks before the departure date, your deposit will be retained.

If you cancel in less than 6 weeks from the departure date, there is no refund.
In such a case, we will make every effort to re-book your cancellation, subject to the pricing for the new period. If we succeed in finding a different time for your vacation, a refund will be given to you up to the amount we have recovered.
Change of Dates

If for any reason you need to alter the dates of your cruise, we will can modify the dates of the trip, subject to the price difference between the different periods and provided there is availability.

In the case that there is a delay from the departure date, change of dates, or a cancellation of the trip for which we are responsible, you will have the following options:

Provided that the cruise commitment of the yacht allows it, we can prolong your cruise by the same length of time as the time lost.

Leave the date of disembarkation unchanged and to be refunded by an amount proportional to the time of delay at the rate corresponding to the total fees.

Cancel your booking and get a full refund.

In any of the above-mentioned cases, accommodation arrangements and costs will be covered by us, either on the yacht, or if that is not possible, in rented accommodation.
Illness or Injury

If you suffer illness or injury during the cruise, the captain will arrange at your cost, medical treatment and emergency evacuation service if that is deemed necessary for your safety.
We recommend that you take personal travel insurance.
Safety and well being

The captain is responsible for the well being and safety of all the guests, the crew and the yacht and you should comply with his instructions.

The captain has the final word on the amount of alcohol that may be consumed onboard the yacht.

We reserve the right to terminate the holiday of any person whose behavior is causing annoyance, distress, damage or danger to our guests, the crew or the yacht Upon such termination, this person will not be entitled to any refund and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred.

In cases that there are severe weather conditions the skipper has the responsibility to adjust the route of the trip to guarantee the safety of the crew and the yacht. In case that this might delay the departure of the trip, we are not subject to point 2 from the "Change of Dates" clause. Such instances are however rare, and even in the case that they happen, do not usually last longer than one day.
